Cantor question 3
Cantor argues that people in higher education are still talking about higher education because in many cases entering the university is the first time when they meet other of different backgrounds as equals. Coming from my own perspective i am inclined to agree with Cantor. I came from a town that had maybe five black families and one Asian one. I had never really interacted with people much different from myself and when i did the interaction generally only last a short while and was quickly forgotten. But when i came to western i was met with a diverse student body where i have interactions with those from different cultures several times a day.
